Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope you all got a day off and didn't have to work. I am enjoying the long weekend and wish it was even longer.
So today I decided I wanted to do a classic white-tipped french manicure. Now, I know, there's a ton of controversy over this look. Some of us love it, and some HATE it. I have heard so many different opinions on the classic french, so I want to know what you all think! I am going to put up a poll in the sidebar but I want to hear from you in the comments too. What do you think? Is this a clean, classic standby for you or do you think it's tacky and outdated?I personally love this look, I always have. I think the white is so chic and it's just a classic look that works in so many situations. They could be everyday go to work nails or wedding day nails. I think the french matches everything and looks elegant and fun! I just know I have heard that people HATE it and think it's trashy so I want to hear what the majority thinks... especially since I know all of my readers are nail polish fanatics like me!
For this look I used one coat OPI's In the Spot-Light Pink for a base and did the tips in Orly's White Tips which is a vibrant true white color. Another similar white is China Glaze's Snow. I love the bright stark white but I know some people enjoy a creamy color on the tips.
