Hello my friends. Happy Monday. I hope you all had a nice weekend. Mine was great! We got to spend time with our nephew/Godson PJ, his new brother and sister, and of course my brother in-law and sister in-law. Saturday was a great family day! On to the polish...Today I want to show you a sheer nude. This is Glints of Glinda from OPI's Oz The Great and Powerful collection. This was provided to me by PR for consideration. I am going to cut right to the chase, I don't like this one. It just does not work for me. It's far too yellow in tone and makes my nails look discolored.
I used two coats for the opacity shown and like I mentioned above, this is sheer. It's meant to be and I don't think you'd get this opaque no matter how many coats you did. The formula is nice and there's no issue with streaking or balding. It has a nice high shine, it's just the color that doesn't work for me.
I look at this one like a glaze, just a skim coat of "color" to shine up the nails. I just wish the coloring wasn't so yellow on this one. Oh well.
